Privacy policy
Effective September 8, 2026
RentalPropertyManager is operated by Matrix Jupiter. This policy describes how this service handles account information and the rental-management records you choose to store.
Google sign-in and account information
We use Google sign-in to identify you and protect your workspace. We receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile picture when provided. We store account and session information to keep you signed in, associate your records with your account, and prevent unauthorized access. Google sign-in does not grant this app access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, or Calendar.
Your records
We store the properties, units, financial records, communications, tasks, and documents you add so you can manage, search, and export them. You are responsible for having permission to upload information about tenants, contractors, and other people. Workbook review takes place in your browser; the saved review summary contains structural information rather than the workbook’s raw cells.
Service providers
Google provides sign-in. Stripe processes subscriptions and payment details; this app stores billing identifiers and subscription status, and does not store your full payment-card details. Hosting, database, Cloudflare storage and network services process information needed to operate the app. MXroute handles messages sent to our support addresses. Selected content is sent to OpenAI only when the optional writing or document tools are enabled and used, including automatic document analysis if enabled. Generated drafts are not sent as messages automatically.
Use and sharing
We use information to provide the features you request, handle support and billing, and maintain security. Matrix Jupiter’s internal business dashboard receives aggregate account counts and service health information. It does not receive your tenant records or document contents through that reporting connection. Google account information is not used for advertising or sold. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies maintain your sign-in, security state, and tool preferences. Access to workspace records requires authentication. Credentials are held on the server, and OAuth tokens stored by the app are encrypted. Service logs may include request metadata such as IP addresses and browser information to diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
Retention and your choices
Canceling a subscription preserves your account and records for viewing and export. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and records, contact [email protected] from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. Certain billing, security, and backup records may be retained where needed for operational or legal obligations. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings; revocation does not itself delete records already stored in this service.
