These terms cover your use of RentalPropertyManager, operated by Matrix Jupiter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account and records
Use a Google account you control. Each manager account has its own workspace. You retain responsibility for the accuracy, permissions, and lawful use of the information you add. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another workspace, or interfere with the service.
Subscription and cancellation
The current plan is CAD $19 per month for one manager’s workspace. Stripe displays the amount due before you confirm payment. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. You can update payment details, view invoices, and cancel through Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. After access expires, you can continue viewing and exporting existing records; adding or changing records requires an active subscription. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests.
Using the service
The app helps organize rental operations and records. It does not collect rent from tenants or replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Check exported reports and any AI-generated drafts or detected dates against the original sources before relying on them. Keep independent copies of important records. Maintenance and third-party outages can affect availability.

Contact [email protected] for service questions, billing issues, or account deletion. Access may be restricted where needed to address abuse, security incidents, or a breach of these terms. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date.
